Lilleengen is highly experienced in commercial matters, in particular intellectual property and contract law, and has over many years worked within the areas of publishing, culture, entertainment, sports and competition law.

Lilleengen has extensive international experience from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and he has represented the Norwegian publishing industry at EU and international level.
