Erik Greipsland has severe experience in planning and construction law from the municipal and private sector, especially within issues regarding consideration of building applications and regulatory processes. In addition, he has expertise in general public administration, law of nature areas in Oslo and nearby municipalities, the municipal and zoning master plan, regulations and demand attached to the application system and right to accept responsibility, and other property law issues regarding planning and construction applications.
