Malin Rapp Færder

Malin Rapp Færder is affiliated with our teams “IT Tech” and “E-sport/gaming”. Færder primarily works with contract law, compliance and all types of IT/tech related cases and tasks. Generally, she works with a great variety of matters and clients across different industries. As an example, she has extensive experience with advising on matters related to the Norwegian gambling legislation.

Prior to joining Bing Hodneland, Færder was a part of the ‘Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs’ (CELA) department at Microsoft Norway. Through this role, she gained valuable knowledge of the tech industry.

During her law studies, Færder specialized in Privacy and Data Protection, Cybersecurity Regulation, Internet Governance and International Environmental Law.

Before studying law, Færder completed a Master’s degree in International Politics and Strategic Studies.
