The Restaurants & Hospitality team assists stakeholders in the restaurant, hospitality, and nightlife business. The team provides services legal services related to contract negotiations and public licenses, such as licenses to sell alcohol and food, security, licenses to play music and show sporting events, and public authority requirements such as fire and safety.

We also assist in additional areas relevant for such businesses, such as labor law (for employment agreements and negotiations of collective agreements), housing law (for rental agreements, regulatory processes and conflicts with neighbors), corporate law (for company registration, shareholder agreements and share purchases), tax (VAT and optimization of tax liability) and intellectual property (franchises/licenses, trademark and domain names).
