Corporate Law & Transactions

Bing Hodneland’s Corporate Law and Transactions team assists clients with most corporate law issues, e.g. choice of company form, choice of transaction model, share purchases and sales, business transfers, due diligence, shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, capital changes, mergers/demergers and cross-border transactions. The team offers services to companies, foundations, nonprofits, board members, investors and private individuals.

The Corporate Law and Transactions team is made up of lawyers with cutting edge expertise in their chosen fields of law, and they have considerable experience of large-scale transactions that include due diligence and contract negotiations. We collaborate with the other teams at Bing Hodneland, not least with the Tax and VAT team.
